Cowell is an English TV personality, entrepreneur, and record executive, best known for judging on television talent competitions such as Pop Idol, The X Factor, and America’s Got Talent.

He’s also known for his ever-changing appearance, which has led some fans to speculate whether he’s had plastic surgery.

This gossip was magnified after a video of the media mogul went viral.

Cowell has been incredibly candid when it comes to whether or not he’s had cosmetic surgery over the years.

In a 2018 interview with The Sun, he admitted that he’d undergone a treatment dubbed the 21st century facelift.

The AGT judge revealed that he visited cosmetic surgeon Dr. Jean-Louis Sebagh for a Silhouette Soft Lift.

A Silhouette Soft Lift is an anti-aging, thread lift treatment that corrects and tightens the midface, jawline, eyebrows, and neck.

Chatting to The Sun, Cowell said: “There’s lots of things you can do now. You don’t just have to stuff your face with filler and Botox.”

Referencing a time when fans noticed his seemingly puffy eyes and bruising, he added: “I probably did have a little too much a couple of years ago.”

In a 2022 interview with the publication, the media mogul revealed he decided to stop injectables as he’d ‘gone a bit too far.’

He recounted: “I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognize it as me first of all.

“Eric (his son) was in hysterics. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.”

But recently, Cowell sparked cosmetic surgery rumors once again.

It all started when a now-deleted video was uploaded to the X, formerly Twitter, account for Britain’s Got Talent.

Cowell encourages people to apply for the popular ITV show in the circulating clip: “I always say on this show, two or three minutes can change your life. And it has. And maybe this time it’s gonna be you.

“So please audition now for next year’s season and I look forward to meeting you.”

Yet the video got fans talking for an entirely different reason – Cowell’s seemingly changed face.

Reacting to the clip, one viewer wrote: “That doesn’t look like him at all.”

Another questioned: “What’s he done to his face?”

Similarly, a third fan asked: “Is that Simon Cowell? What’s happened to his face?”

“Very difficult to believe that is even him,” somebody else commented.

Meanwhile, others took to the comments and suggested the reason behind Cowell’s differing appearance may be down to a motorcycle accident in August 2020, which resulted in a metal rod being put in his back to stabilize it, per The Independent.
